Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions for Contractual counterparty:
Payment terms - a mandatory postponement of 60 calendar days.

IMPORTANT:
1) Prices must be provided for ALL items! If some items are not filled in, or not filled in with a specific figure, the Commercial Proposal is not accepted for consideration.
2) If you work with VAT, both columns must be filled in (without VAT and with VAT 20%). If you work on the USN, then only the first column is filled in (excluding VAT), the second one remains empty.

Delivery on the Contractual counterparty side

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
