the following requirements:
1. The absence of

submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure on compliance with the
established requirements" as part of the bid for
participation);
2. Failure to liquidate the Bidder
of the procurement procedure - a legal entity and
the absence of an arbitration court decision on
the recognition of the Bidder Called for Bidding -
a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as
insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of
bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of
the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid for participation);
3.
Non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure in accordance with the
procedure established by the Code of
Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation
as of the date of filing an bid for participation
in Calls for Bidding (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling out and submitting the form "Declaration
of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid);
4. The Bidder of the procurement
procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued
taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other
mandatory payments to budgets of any level or
state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed
reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25%
of the book value of the assets of the Bidder

7. The Bidder of the
procurement procedure is not a person whose place

in the list of states and territories approved by
the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian

12. The Bidder's place of
registration is Krasnodar Krai, or the Bidder must
have a separate representative office/branch in
Krasnodar Krai (confirmed by information from the
Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal
Entities provided as part of the bid for
participation, or, if there is a separate
representative office/branch, a copy of the
notification of registration of a separate
representative office/ branch with the tax
authority);
13. The Bidder must make a mandatory
visit to the place of work before submitting an
bid to participate in the procedure (confirmed by
the official letter of the Bidder confirming the
visit to the facility provided as part of the bid
for participation);
14. The Bidder must have
proven work experience in the types of work
specified in the Terms of Reference (confirmed by
the completed form "Information on work
experience" provided as part of the bid for
participation);
15. The Bidder must confirm the
availability of qualified labor resources for
timely and high-quality fulfillment of obligations
under the contract (confirmed by filling in and
submitting the form "Information on human
resources" as part of the bid for participation);
16. The Bidder's confirmed revenue for the last
reporting period must be at least the contractual
cost of the work, compiled according to the
amounts specified in the Terms of Reference
(confirmed by the financial results report
provided as part of the bid for
participation);
17. The Bidder must confirm that
the customer agrees to withhold from all amounts
payable for the work performed under the contract
a guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the
amount payable until the signing of the final act
under the contract (the end of the warranty
period). (confirmed by agreement with the
specified condition in the Bid for participation
in the procurement procedure);
18. In
substantiating the proposed cost of work, it is
mandatory to provide estimates made in accordance
with the Requirements set out in clause 1.6. of
the Terms of Reference.
The procurement
procedure is an internal procedure for the
selection of Suppliers by the Company and should
not be considered as a competitive bidding process
in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code
of the Russian Federation, and also is not a
public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of
the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC
Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any
time to refuse to continue conducting this
Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its
conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a
contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized
as the best based on the results of the
procurement procedure.
At the same time, any
expenses related to participation in the
procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder
independently, the specified expenses will not be
reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium
Zapolyarye LLC.
