Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Treaty settlements are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, in the following order: part of the cost of the work at a rate of 50%, including 20% VAT, the Customer pays to the start of the Contractor works (advance payment) within 35 (thirty five) working days from the date of this Agreement, the remaining part of the cost of works in the amount of 50% of the cost works, including VAT 20%, customer pays within 35 (thirty five) working there after the Parties sign the Act of acceptance of work under the Contract.
