Auto-extension

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. The payment procedure is one of the criteria for evaluating and selecting a Supplier. It is preferable to pay 100% of the cost of the products within 14 (fourteen) banking days after receipt of the batch of Products at the Customer's warehouse and signing of the consignment note. The price includes all Bidder's expenses incurred during the delivery process, including insurance, payment of taxes, fees and other mandatory payments related to the fulfillment of obligations under the contract, as well as transportation and other expenses.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out to the Customer's warehouse: Volgograd, Krepilnaya str., 128 by forces and at the expense of the Contractor. The deadline for the manufacture and delivery of the entire batch of products is no later than March 29, 2024.
