To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's APPLICATION (commercial offer) and the documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the timing of the provision of the service), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure on the letterhead of your organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

- TIN certificate;
- Boom balance;
- VAT declaration
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.
