Comments:
1. Ask technical and all other organizational questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor, or a supplier providing an official authorized letter or a contract of sale with an official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the application).
3. Priority is given to offers with a minimum price, in full compliance with technical requirements.
5. The validity period of the suppliers' price offer is at least 60 days.
6. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
7. The offered products must meet the stated technical requirements.
8. This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or
a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil
obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
