Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment of delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the supplier's invoice.

Transportation costs are included in the price.
Delivery terms:delivery of goods is carried out in separate batches, during the term of the contract, the quantity and assortment of each batch are determined by agreement of the Parties in written form on the basis of buyer's request, taking into account the buyer's needs.
Delivery (shipment) of the goods is carried out on the basis of agreed (approved) application of the buyer, in terms according to the contract. Approximate deadline for approval of the application is 3-7 working days. (please, when specifying delivery time, take into account these terms) the proposals of the providers are accepted for consideration:

1. Delivery is carried out according to the customer's request (possible adjustment by agreement with the customer).
2. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
3. In the submitted offer there is a contract signed by the offeror without disagreement.
4. Transportation costs are included in the price of the goods
5. The Supplier shall carry out the required customs procedures in accordance with the applicable law. Customs payments are carried out by the supplier at the expense of own funds. (If necessary)
6. The supplier shall provide the following documents with the goods:
- Required to grant permission for the use of the goods;
- Certificate of conformity on the goods;
- Quality certificate;
- Technical documentation necessary for the use of the goods; (Passport, operating instructions)
- The document confirming the warranty obligations on the goods;
- Documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (If necessary)

All documentation is available in Russian. In case of delivery of imported equipment the supplier carries out translation of the documentation into Russian at his own expense.
7. Payment of delivered of goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the supplier's invoice.
3. Requirements for accompanying documentation
3.1 Quality passports must be provided for each consignment of equipment.
3.2 Approval documents (Certificate of Conformity, permission for use) of Gosgortehnadzor and Gosstandart of RF (one copy must be notarized in Russian and submitted till the moment of Supply of equipment).
4. Supplier guarantees
4.1 The Supplier shall guarantee the operation of the equipment during the specified operation or warranty period from the date of commissioning.
4.2 The manufacturer guarantees the free elimination in the shortest, technically possible period of defects caused by his fault and discovered during the warranty period, as well as the replacement of parts that have failed during this period.
4.3 The fact of defective or incompleteness of the equipment, as well as its failure must be certified by the relevant act, and in case of disagreement – also by the decision of technical expertise appointed by both parties.
4.4 The supplier guarantees the delivery of the equipment ready for operation and does not require further modification.
5. Labelling requirements
5.1 All equipment and tools for completion should be marked according to GOST 21964-76 (St sav 2603-80) "External influencing factors. Nomenclature and characteristics ". The markings should be in a visible place, accessible for review and reading. The marking and its background should not change color, sharpness of contours, corroing and erasing (during the whole life of the product) from the action of external influencing factors. The following information should be applied by laser or shock-mechanical marking or engraving:
- name of the manufacturer:
- name/cipher of the product;
- Individual Product number
6. Packing of
6.1 Each box should have a sticker with the following information:
- name of the manufacturer;
- Name/Product Code
- lot number;
- information on the complete set;
- date of packing and dispatch:
- Net weight (gross).
6.2 Each delivered product should be reliably protected from corrosion during all period of transportation and storage, including on a dome site in anticipation of installation.
6.3 The packaging of the equipment must guarantee the safety of the supplied equipment and the tool from mechanical damage during storage, transportation and suitable for moving with the help of a crane.
7. Feedback

To the offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary before opening of envelopes to attach all necessary documents simultaneously with submission of the offer signed by the authorized person and stamped Organization Party to this procedure. The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The pricing mechanism must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
The validity of the offer is not less than 6 months.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
