Advance payment is not provided, final payment upon delivery of goods with deferred payment not less than 60 and not more than 70 calendar days after signing the documents on acceptance of goods.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) in terms of the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.

Comments: The participant of the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
1. Absence of litigation of the participant of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims to the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's own capital (confirmed by the declaration of conformity the established requirements by filling and providing as part of the application form "Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on Compliance with the Established Requirements");
2. Failure to liquidate the Participant of the procurement procedure - legal entity and the absence of an arbitral tribunal decision on recognition of the participant of the purchase - legal entity or individual entrepreneur insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of competitive proceedings (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling and providing in the form of the application for participation form & #171; Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on compliance with established requirements");
3. Non-stop activity of the Participant in the procurement procedure in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences, on the day of submission of the application for participation in procurement ( is confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and providing as part of the application for participation form "Declaration of the participant of the procurement procedure on conformity established requirements");
4. Participant's absence of a procurement procedure of overdue arrears on assessed taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level or state extrabudgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, which exceeds 25% of the carrying value of the procurement participant's assets according to the accounting statements for the corresponding period. The participant of the purchase shall be considered to comply with the established requirement, if he appeals against the existence of the said debt in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the decision on such the complaint on the day of consideration of the application for participation in the Request is not accepted (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and providing in the form of the application for participation in the form & #171; Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on compliance with established requirements");
5. Absence of information about the Participant of the procurement procedure in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for by Article 5 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ and (or) in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, provided by Federal Law No. 44-FZ (confirmed by declaration of compliance with established requirements by filling and providing as part of the application for participation form "Declaration Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with established requirements");
6. The absence at the time of the purchase of the court decisions which entered into force and not executed on improper performance by the Participant of the procurement procedure of obligations under contracts (contracts) for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services, goods of the same name purchased, works, services (confirmed by declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling and providing as part of the application for participation of the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with established requirements");
7. The participant of the procurement procedure is not a person, the place of registration, or the place of residence or the place of tax residence of which is the state or territory included in the list States and Territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling and providing as part of the application form "Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on Compliance with the established requirements");
8. The participant of the procurement is a legal entity who within two years prior to the submission of the application for participation in the procurement was not brought to administrative responsibility for the commission of administrative offenses provided for in Article 19.28 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity) (confirmed by declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling and providing as part of the application form "Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on Compliance with the established requirements");
9. The participant of the procurement procedure - an individual or a head, members of the collegial executive body, the person acting as the sole executive body, or the chief accountant of a legal entity - participant of procurement there are no outstanding or undismissed convictions for crimes in the field of economy and/or crimes provided for under articles 289, 290, 291, 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the failure to apply administrative penalties against those individuals in the form of disqualification and a penalty of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities related to the delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering of services that are subject to the procurement (confirmed by the declaration of conformity the established requirements by filling and providing as part of the application form "Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on Compliance with the Established Requirements");
10. The absence of a conflict of interest between the Participant of the Procurement Procedure and the Customer, which refers to cases in which the head of the customer, a member of the expert group, a member of the procurement commission, responsible for the organization of the procurement procedure, are married to individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole executive body of the economic society (director, General Director, Managing, President and others), members of the collegiate executive body of the economic society, the head (director, CEO) of the institution or unitary enterprise or other management bodies of legal entities - participants of purchase, with individuals, including registered as an individual entrepreneur, - participants purchases are either close relatives (relatives in a straight ascending and descending line (parents and children, grandparents, grandparents), full and inferior (having a common father or mother) brothers and sisters), adoptive parents or adopted individuals (confirmed by declaration of compliance with established requirements by filling and providing in the composition applications for participation of the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with established requirements");
11. The period of state registration of the Participant of the procurement procedure before submitting an application for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one calendar year (12 months) (confirmed information from the Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities provided as part of the application for participation").
Procurement procedure is an internal procedure for choosing the Company of Suppliers and should not be considered as tendering in the sense of articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and not is a public competition governed by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Sanatorium "Zapolyarye" reserves the right at any time to refuse the continuation of this Procurement procedure, change the terms of its conduct, and to refuse conclusion of a contract with the Supplier, the offer of which is recognized as the best on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses associated with participation in the procurement procedure the participant incurs independently, the specified expenses under no circumstances LLC "Sanatorium "Zapolyarye" shall not be reimbursed.
