Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Goods is carried out by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the basis of 100% of the price of the delivered Goods and is paid within 45 (Forty five) calendar days (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized enterprises, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation), after the signing by the Parties of a consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or a universal transfer document, if applicable (hereinafter - UPD), the Acceptance Certificate, invoice (not provided if the Supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from fulfillment of taxpayer duties).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
