Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not earlier than 30, but not more than 60 calendar days. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account.
If the contract is concluded with the SMEs, the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
