Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier's current account within 30 days of delivery of the TMC to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery of tangible goods within 5-7 days of placing the order. Shipping costs to the buyer's warehouse in Mt. Volgograd is included in the price of purchased TMC.

Proposals submitted on analogues will not be considered; TMCs must strictly comply with those stated in the procedure.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questioning Form and the documents according to the list at the same time as the proposal is submitted before opening the envelopes and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization participating in the procedure. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer or distributor (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as by a commercial offer).
4. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Be sure to provide quality certificates and passports, technical documentation.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
