Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier
Delivery terms:
Delivery Requirements
1. The car and its elements must be new, not previously used and not restored;
2. The car must be in a technically sound condition, not have damage, signs of restoration and concealment of an accident;
3. On the car pre-sale preparation should be carried out;
4. The car must comply with all safety requirements applicable to similar products in the Russian Federation and have an environmental class of at least 4th;
5. The car must be delivered to the Buyer in its pure form and suitable for further operation, without additional modifications;
6. The car must be equipped with spare parts and documents required for registration, operation and maintenance.
7. The procedure, terms and conditions for the exchange of low-quality products in accordance with the terms of the attached contract;
8. The cost of measuring equipment includes training of the Customer’s personnel and field tests.
Requirements for supporting documentation
The supplier provides a package of technical documentation, which should contain:
1. Vehicle passport;
2. Vehicle purchase and sale agreement (for registration with the STSI)
3. Full set of documents for registration with RosTechNadzor authorities
4. Instructions for use of the vehicle;
5. Service book;
6. Passports and certificates of conformity for all equipment installed additionally on the chassis of the KAMAZ vehicle;
7. Operating instructions for all equipment installed additionally on the chassis of the KAMAZ vehicle;
8. Drawings and schematic diagrams (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic wiring) of the installation of additional equipment installed on the chassis of a KAMAZ vehicle.
Supplier Warranties
1. The supplier provides a guarantee for the car in accordance with the conditions of the guarantee of the manufacturer's factory (12 months from the date of commissioning)
2. The supplier provides a guarantee for additional equipment installed on the vehicle for a period of at least the warranty period of the manufacturer of this equipment (but not less than 12 months from the date of commissioning).
3. The supplier guarantees gratuitous elimination in the shortest, technically possible time period of defects that arose through his fault and discovered during the warranty period, as well as the replacement of parts that fail during this period.
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
4. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law on its own and at its own expense (if provided).
5. The supplier provides the following documents:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- certificate of conformity for the Goods (OTTS);
- certificate of quality (if applicable);
- technical documentation necessary for registration with the traffic police and registration with the bodies of RosTechNadzor and use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
- a document confirming the warranty on the Product, service book;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
In the case of delivery of imported equipment, the Supplier, at its own expense, translates all the documentation into Russian.
Comments: Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
