Payment terms:
payment of the delivered of goods shall be made within 60 -90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the supplier's invoice.
Delivery terms:
suggestions are accepted for consideration of the following conditions: + A16: H29
1. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. In the submitted offer there is a contract signed by the offeror without disagreement.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
4. The Supplier shall carry out the required customs procedures in accordance with the legislation in force and at its own expense (if any).
5. The provider provides the following documents:
- Required to grant permission for the use of the goods;
- Certificate of Conformity on the goods (OTTs);
- Certificate of quality (if provided);
- Technical documentation necessary for registration in traffic police and registering in the bodies of Rostehnadzor and use of the goods; (Passport, operating instructions)

In case of delivery of imported equipment, the supplier carries out translation of all documentation into Russian at his own expense.
Requirements to terms of delivery
1.1 The vehicle and its elements must be new, previously unused and not repaired;
1.2. The car must be in a technically serviceable condition, have no damage, traces of recovery and concealment of the accident;
1.3. Pre-sale preparation should be carried out by car;
1.4 The vehicle must comply with all safety requirements applicable to such products in the Russian Federation and have an environmental class not less than 4th;
1.5 The car must be delivered to the buyer in its purest form and usable for further operation, without any additional modifications;
1.6 The vehicle must be equipped with a zip and a package of documents necessary for registration, operation and maintenance.
1.7 Order, terms and conditions of exchange of substandard products in accordance with the terms of the enclosed contract;
Requirements for accompanying documentation
The provider provides a package of technical documentation that should contain:
2.1 Vehicle passport;
2.2 Contract of sale of the vehicle (for registration in traffic police)
2.3 Manual of the vehicle;
2.4 Service book;
2.5 Passports and certificates of conformity for all equipment, installed additionally on the chassis of A/M Kamaz;
2.6 Operating instructions for all equipment, installed in addition to the chassis of A/M Kamaz;
2.7 Drawings and schematic diagrams (electro, pneumatic, hydro wiring) Installation of additional equipment installed on the chassis of A/M Kamaz.
Supplier guarantees
3.1. The supplier provides a car warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms (12 months from the date of commissioning)
3.2 The supplier provides a guarantee for the equipment installed on the car for a period of not less than the warranty period of the manufacturer of this equipment (but not less than 12 months after commissioning).
3.3 The supplier guarantees the free elimination in the shortest, technically possible period of defects, arisen on his fault and found during the warranty period, as well as replacement of the parts, which failed during this period.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To the offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach all necessary documents at the moment of opening of envelopes with submission of the offer signed by the authorized person and stamped Organization Party to this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The pricing mechanism must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
