Payment terms:Payment for the goods shall be made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to Supplier's current account.
Delivery terms:not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of bid submission. Bids for the supplied materials may differ from the specified volume (Appendix No. 1) depending on the current needs of the Buyer, but not exceed the total volume specified in the terms of reference.

Bidders PROCEDURES FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the tender takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center PLATFORM until 02/05/2023 15-00. A scan of the completed information about the applicant must be attached to the bid.
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of delivery excluding VAT.
