| Payment terms: | Payment for a batch of Goods is carried out in accordance with the invoice issued by the Supplier, drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, by bank transfer of funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 45 (forty five) calendar days after delivery (for small and medium-sized businesses 30 ( thirty) calendar days).
