Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) shall be made upon receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Supply to the buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Transportation costs shall be included in cost of products (goods). Quality of supplied products (goods) shall be confirmed by quality certificate (passport) of the enterprise - manufacturer. Conclusion of the agreement in the form of Mechel - Materials. No protocol of disagreements is acceptable.

Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all the received proposals, incurring no liability. Proposals can be submitted via B2B-mechel.ru E-Marketplace by the participants who pre-registered in the system, but have not received the electronic signature yet and have not paid the participation fee. Receiving of proposals via Organizer’s e-mail stops 4 hours before the expiry of the RFP lifetime. All proposals must be sent to the e-mail address of the Organizer: Tender_MM@mechel.ru.
