Payment terms:Payment for the product (item) shall be made after receipt of the product (item) in the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days of receipt of the invoice made in accordance with the requirements NK RF.
Delivery terms:Shipment to Buyer's Warehouse Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product (item). The quality of the products (goods) delivered is confirmed by the manufacturer's certificate of quality (passport). Conclusion of a contract on the form of Mechel - Materials LLC .A protocol of disagreement on a contract for a resident of the Russian Federation may be formalized other than items: 3.7, 3.8, 4.8, 3.9, 3.10, 6.7, 6.8, 9.1.2 (2nd paragraph), 9.3 (2nd paragraph), 9.4, Section 10, Section 11, Annex 2. The Organizer has the right to express disagreement with the Protocol of Disagreements submitted.

Comments:
This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all forthcoming offers without liability.
It is possible to submit offers via the B2B-Mechel.ru electronic site from pre-registered with the System, but who have not received EDI and who have not paid for participation in the System.
The acceptance of offers to the Organizer's email address is completed 4 hours before the expiry date of the Request for Proposals.
