Payment terms:Payment for the batch of products shall be made within 60 days after the Buyer receives the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code. Payment type: Cash - Money Order. Type of payment: Bank transfer-payment.
Delivery terms:Delivery by vehicles of supplier. The costs for delivery and packaging are included in the cost of production batch.

Provision of the certificate or the dealership contract for the sale of products, as well as certificate of compliance or a passport for the products is required. For the Participants, previously registered in the system, but who have not received electronic signature and have not paid for participation in the system, there is a possibility to upload the proposal by the Organizer of the request on behalf of the Participant. Email address to send your documents - Tender_MM@mechel.ru. All proposals shall be sent to email address of the Organizer: Tender_MM@mechel.ru. Acceptance of proposals at the following e-mail address ends 4 hours before the procedure. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CC of the RF. The buyer shall have the right to reject all submitted proposals without imposition of liability.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
