Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

In this Tender, a monitoring procedure is carried out in order to analyze the price range, as well as search for new potential Service Providers. Based on the results of the monitoring, the TOR will be formed /updated and a competition will be announced to select the Performer. Monitoring participants will be included in the pool of potential Participants in the procurement procedure. Monitoring is not a procurement procedure and does not entail the obligation to conclude a contract. Is not an offer."
