Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

- any official documentation and information of the participant, confirming a high degree of his willingness to fulfill the Customer's technical task as efficiently, promptly and with a guarantee of quality.

Please note that this purchase does not impose obligations on the Organizer to conclude a contract.
