Payment terms:
Deferred payment of 45 days from the date of delivery of products to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the Consignee's warehouse at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time- July 2016. Delivery is carried out strictly within the stated period.
Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in "B2B-Cordiant" Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and Articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt incurring no liability. 4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement. 5) Be sure to attach a Commercial Offer specifying delivery time and payment terms. 6) Winner is selected for each item separately (per-item purchase) based on the minimum prices offered, in case the difference in prices for items is minimal, but the difference in the price of the whole lot is significant, lot purchase is possible. 7) In case the winner refuses, for any reason, to supply a certain item at the price stated in the bid, the Buyer has the right to order that item from the supplier who offered the second cheapest bid for that item.
