Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment of not less than 45 calendar days from delivery of the goods to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: no later than 15.09.2016. We are ready to consider delivery time proposed by the Supplier. Transportation of goods to the carrier's warehouse in Omsk are at the Supplier's expense.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in "B2B-Cordiant" Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt incurring no liability. 4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement. 5) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal specifying delivery time, payment terms, guaranteed service life and manufacturer of the supplied products. 6) Prices in the specification to the supply contract shall be fixed in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of the date of specification. 7) In case a participant is neither the manufacturer of the offered products, nor manufacturer’s official representative, his proposal will be considered only if he agrees to include in the supply contract a clause about the fines equal to 100% of the supplied products cost in case non-genuine products (or products manufactured by another manufacturer) are supplied. 8) Contact person Denis Sergushov (3812) 39-22-63, e-mail: sergushov@cordiant-omsk.ru
