Payment terms:There is no advance. Payment upon receipt of the goods to the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the delivery of original invoices, invoices, copies of shipping notes with by the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are also being considered.

Delivery terms:Delivery time: November 2021.
All shipping costs and miscellaneous costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.
The supplier's blue seal must be delivered: 1) Passport/Quality Certificate, 2) Certificate of Conformity/Declaration of Conformity/Disclaimer.
Georeferencing:Krasnodar Territory, 353900, Novorossiysk, Primorsky District, Yuzhnaya Ozereevka village, Sea terminal of CPC-R JSC.
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire at the time of opening the envelopes at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer (with delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization participating in the procedure. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
3. Vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
4. Offers are submitted based on shipping costs, and the shipping cost is highlighted in a separate line.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
