Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Each participant must provide a completed Participant Questionnaire both in electronic form in "doc" format, and a scanned version with a signature and seal.
A full package of documents specified in the Participant's Questionnaire is also provided.
The Commercial offer form is filled in completely (Appendix 2 to the ZD)

I ask you to prepare a commercial proposal according to the attached form in the procurement documentation. With a breakdown separately by the cost of design and construction works and construction and installation works
