The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of PRODUCTS by 15% of the amount agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order by notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
