Design, survey, construction and installation works, as well as modernization of radio relay communication lines, including:
- conducting pre-project surveys (PES);
- engineering surveys;
- obtaining technical conditions and approvals;
- development of design documentation;
- construction, installation, installation, commissioning, testing, integration, and other types of work, etc.

Comments: Geography of work: the whole territory of the Russian Federation, except Moscow and Moscow. The scope of work is divided into lots on the territorial basis.
We inform you that the procurement event is supposed to be carried out in several stages:
- Stage 1 — Qualification selection;
- Stage 2 — Commercial stage in electronic trading format at VimpelCom site.
To participate in the Qualification deadline no later than 24.04.2020, you must send the following documents to Tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru:
1. Statement of compliance with qualified requirements, in Excel and PDF formats (scanned with signature);
In order to confirm compliance with the qualification requirements, it is also necessary to attach all required in the Declaration of Conformity of the Annex
2. The participant's questionnaire, in PDF format (scanned with signature);
3. Appendix 1 Questionnaire of potential supplier of PJSC "VimpelCom", in Excel format;
4. Annex 2 Financial analysis, Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
5. Negotiation agreement, in PDF format (scanned with signature).
Please note that suppliers qualified in the category of IRTP, CMR, modernization of BS for 2020-2021 are qualified automatically, in the absence of negative interaction experience (presence of claim work in respect of the organization). These organizations will receive a separate request for an offer to participate in the tender and a further action plan until 13.04.2020 to contact mailing addresses.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- is saved to a separate file, a single page document is saved to a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes must also be grouped into a single file, $ eg: The Charter should be scanned into a single file (black and white PDF file) rather than separate pages; $
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
