Comments:
Participants who do not attach the KP are not accepted for consideration.

1. Commercial proposals drawn up on the organization's letterhead, signed and stamped, are accepted for consideration.
KP upload to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with stamp and artist contacts 2. Excel or Word. Required to fill out the application form to the TCH (see tender documentation)

2. Payment terms required: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.
Proposals with a delay of less than 60 calendar days are not subject to consideration.

3. An obligatory condition for all bidders is agreement with our corporate requirements on the form of the contract, especially payment terms and penalties.
NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of the contract.

4. Attach: confirmation of the participant that he is a manufacturer or an authorized dealer, a certificate of conformity, a quality passport, a reference list of similar supplies for 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka, data is attached for interaction with the logistics company. A participating company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

6. The validity period of the TCH is 45 calendar days.

Standard contract forms and specifications in the tender attachment.
This request for proposals does not constitute an auction or public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer in excess of those listed in the terms of the competition.
It is mandatory to indicate the name of the offered products and technical parameters/characteristics/manufacturer, including when submitting analogues.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
