When Calling for Bidding for Wall Panels, it is fundamentally important for the Buyer to receive from the Supplier / Seller an offer for Goods that will exactly match the drawing, taking into account the use of boiler steel pipe 20 TU 14-3R-55-2001.

To participate in the procedure, it is minimally necessary: fill in all the fields of the b2b bid for participation in the procedure, attach a scan of the Technical and Commercial Proposal and a partner card. If necessary, the Buyer will request the statutory documents, consent to the processing of personal data and other related documents.

The Buyer reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the volume of the Call for Bidding (including reducing, including reducing to one piece), to divide the volume of the Call for Bidding among several suppliers, or to cancel the Call for Bidding for technological, economic or other reasons during or after the end of this procedure, in connection with which the Bidder has no claims and keeps the prices offered in the competition.

In case of conclusion of the contract - the standard form of the Buyer's delivery contract is applied.
