Payment terms:
The payment for the rendered Services is made in the following order:
a) final settlement with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the rendered services, provided that Submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) the report.
If the contract is concluded with a small or medium-sized business entity, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

and selected the winner: "GAZNALADKA" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Зямилова З.А.) submitting a bid dated of 19.11.2019 18:02 totalling to 618 600,00 RUB (VAT free)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО «ГАЗНАЛАДКА» соответствующей требованиям Закупочной документации.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Услуги по проведению режимно-наладочных испытаний ХВО, котлов» для нужд ООО «УКС», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Признать ООО «ГАЗНАЛАДКА» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Услуги по проведению режимно-наладочных испытаний ХВО, котлов» для нужд ООО «УКС».
4. Заказчику (ООО «УКС») обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО «ГАЗНАЛАДКА» на основании пункта 5.5.13. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
