4) Technical requirements for the Forms for the Notice (permissible formats): 
- Forms number 3.1 and number 3.2. required in Excel (with the ability to edit) and scanned version with a signature and seal in PDF;
- Forms number 1, number 2, number 4, number 5 and number 6 necessarily scanned versions with a signature and seal in PDF.

5) The request for proposals is allowed for companies that have submitted applications that have been drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2.1 of the "Notice of the request" (attached to the procurement documentation).

6) The customer (Bank) reserves the right to reject all offers of participants without giving reasons.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
