The customer has the right to abandon the request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to participants in the request for proposals, or by third parties to whom such an action may cause damage.
Details, including the number of delivered goods, the volume of performed works, rendered services specified in annex No. 1 to the procurement documentation "requirements specification".
Terms of the contract according to the results of the purchase are specified in annex No. 2 to the procurement documentation "draft Treaty".
The other and more detailed purchase conditions are contained in the procurement documentation as an integral annex to this Notice.
Before the final determination of the winner of the organizer has the right to require any party to confirm its compliance with the qualification requirements. Confirmation of compliance of the participant qualifications is conducted according to the criteria specified in the procurement documentation. Confirmation of compliance of the participant qualifications may be carried out on all criteria and selectively. The refusal of the party from this procedure may be considered in procurement by the Commission as providing false information. The application of the participant, not meeting the requirements will be rejected.
