Payment terms:The insurance premium for each vehicle specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Compulsory Liability Insurance Agreement for Vehicle Owners (MTPL) is paid by the Insured by cashless transfer of money to the Insurer's current account, for 3 (three) banking days from the date of the invoice of the Insured.
Delivery terms:Not later than one working day from the date of receipt of the insurance premium, in accordance with clause 4.2 of the contract, issue to the Insured an insurance policy of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners for each vehicle indicated in Table No. 1 of paragraph 3.1.1.3. Documentation for the open request for business proposals.
