Requirements to the participants:Участником конкурса может быть любой поставщик. Претендовать на победу в данном конкурсе может Участник, отвечающий следующим требованиям:
• обладающий гражданской правоспособностью для заключения договора;
• не являющийся неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находящийся в процессе ликвидации;
• на имущество в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
• обладающий всеми видами ресурсов, опытом выполнения аналогичных работ, квалификацией, лицензиями.
Более подробно требования к Участникам, а также требования к порядку подтверждения соответствия этим требованиям, содержатся в Конкурсной документации.
Documentation kit:Конкурсную документацию участники смогут получить через Торговую площадку Системы на конкурсной доске. Это произойдет лишь после того, как они подтвердят свое намерение участвовать в проводимом конкурсе.
