Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension

Delivery terms:The tender specifies the annual requirements. Deliveries will be carried out monthly according to applications multiple of the minimum package. Delivery to the factories by the supplier.
Accompanying documents required for delivery:
The documents must be in Russian and certified with the original seal of the supplier/manufacturer:
1. Upon first delivery before expiration and/or modification:
- specification;
2. At the first delivery and further annually updated:
- chemical safety data sheet;
- Halal certificate (provided at the first delivery and updated after the expiration date), in case of absence, a letter of guarantee (provided at the first delivery and then updated annually) confirming the compliance of products with the requirements for halal food;
3. For each delivery:
- a document confirming the quality and safety of the received batch.

Comments:
By participating in the tender, you automatically confirm the signing of the contract in the form of Rusagro and additional agreements to the contract, as well as the terms of delivery. The selection of the supplier will be based on the approved criteria and points described in the Invitation to Participate file.
This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
