The period of rendering services is from 10.01.23 to 31.05.23
2 suppliers will be selected for each division - the main and the reserve.
Services for the development, preparation, organization and holding of promotional and promotional events; production, logistics and distribution of promotional materials, souvenirs and gifts; provision of promotional staff; organization of second-hand distribution at store openings.
To participate, you must upload (the required file name is indicated in parentheses):
1. A completed questionnaire (1 questionnaire of a legal entity)
2. Portfolio (2 Portfolios of legal entity)
3. Presentation of the test task (3 Case legal person)
4. Scan of the signed NDA (4 NDA legal entity)
5. Certificate 4-FSS (5 FSS legal entity )
6. Information on depreciation accrued for the last reporting period (6 Amortisation legal entity)
7. accounting statements (balance sheet (f1 and f2) and explanations to the balance sheet (7 BB legal entity)
8. Information on long-term accounts receivable for more than one year (8 DZ legal entity)
It is important that if during 2022 your company participated in the selection of suppliers for these services for the Tape and signed an NDA and your questionnaire and test case were accepted (i.e. you were admitted to the price stage), you do not need to prepare a new case. Indicate this to the questionnaire and upload the questionnaire and current scans of documents 5-8 in the list.Collapse
