Attention! Participation in the competition is open to participants with any tax system, including a simplified tax system.

Priority in the consideration of applications is given to companies that have production facilities with an appropriate lot.

General requirements:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, and for the document Qualification requirements Application of the Russian Accounting Service 2019 - the name of the file should contain the number of the Application to which it relates, the name of the counterparty.

This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not governed by articles 447 - 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
