Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Comments:
The application of a scanned copy of the Commercial Offer on the Supplier's letterhead with a certifying signature and Quality Certificates for the proposed positions is mandatory.
Agreement with the Buyer's model Contract and the addendum to section 4 of the specification.
I draw your attention that the Commercial offer is, in accordance with Articles 435 and 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an offer irrevocable during the entire above-mentioned period of delivery of goods and materials. (Supplier) undertakes to deliver on the terms specified in this offer, in case of receipt of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom this offer is addressed, during the entire period of validity of this offer.

In case of receipt of an acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom the offer is addressed, (the Supplier) undertakes to conclude a contract for the supply of goods/specifications with LLC "VKM-STEEL" within one day from the date of receipt of the acceptance on the terms specified in this offer.
This selection is not an auction (tender, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), and does not impose on LLC "VKM-STEEL" obligations provided for by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
The competitive selection can be canceled at any time before the results are summed up.
In the event of a change in the conditions of the competitive selection or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with the selection will not be reimbursed.
