The priority in choosing the winner will be the minimum amount of the whole lot, but the buyer reserves the right to choose any position at the minimum cost from any claimed offer. Only original spare parts. Experience in performing similar works. Presence of the certificate of the manufacturer's official dealer or partner. Organization of consignment warehouse with the employee in Bugulma RT in the territory of UGC LLC "TNG-group" within 30 days after signing the consignment agreement.
Documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of the manufacturer's official dealer or partner.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
7. Articles of Association
8. Accounting records for the last reporting period.
