This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to send a commercial offer with the maximum possible discount. Conducting this request for proposals does not mean that the choice will be made in favor of the winner. The choice of the source of supply will be made taking into account the proposed terms of purchase.

- Required price format formula formation C=LME-20% , at the average dollar exchange rate for the month preceding the month of shipment;
