Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. The presence of successful projects is confirmed by the provision of a reference list, or in the agency's portfolio.
2. The test task is the analysis and proposals for optimizing the business process of working with price tags on large-format objects. The assessment of the test task is carried out by an expert commission from the customer.

Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
You can improve your offers repeatedly until the deadline for submission of applications.
EDS is not required.
