Technical and commercial proposal submitted in the form defined by the procurement documentation. 4. Permits (SRO certificates, licenses and certificates, other documents). 5. Information about the list and volumes of similar projects and deliveries over the past 3 years (reference list). 6. Reviews of ongoing deliveries to other enterprises (at least 3).  Qualification documentation is provided to the organizer on the electronic trading platform.  The application for participation in the tender and the qualification documentation must be signed by the same authorized representative of the applicant, the signatures are stamped. The powers of the applicant's representative are confirmed by the attached certified copy of the act of appointment (election) to the position of the head of the legal entity with reference to the charter or a power of attorney issued in accordance with the procedure established by law.  All documents must be carefully drawn up and filled out legibly. Erasures and corrections are not allowed.
