Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days (equipment, delivery, installation)
KA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
The term of delivery of equipment to the facility of JSC "Thunder" from the date of placing the order (includes the term of purchase of components for production, the production period and delivery of equipment to the Buyer's facility).
The duration of installation work at the facility, no more than 2 calendar days
Price fixing until 30.06.2023
The offer is valid for at least 60 calendar days

Other requirements and explanations:
Important! The price WITHOUT VAT will be taken into account as the basis of your offer.
Important! Do not allow fractions of kopecks in the offer when allocating VAT. (Example 27,333333)
Important! When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and working drawings.
Garbage removal from the facility from the supplied and installed equipment is carried out by the Supplier and is included in the cost of installation work.
Important! Delivery of equipment includes unloading and entering into the trading floor.
Important! Only complex commercial proposals (covering all the positions of the competition: equipment, delivery, installation) are subject to consideration. Proposals for some positions are not subject to consideration.

EDS is not required. Participation is free.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
