 Qualification documentation is provided to the organizer with an bid for participation on the electronic trading platform.
The bid for participation in the tender and the qualification documentation must be signed by the same authorized representative of the applicant, the signatures are sealed.
The powers of the applicant's representative are confirmed by the attached certified copy of the act of appointment (election) to the position of head of a legal entity with reference to the charter or a power of attorney executed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
All documents must be neatly designed and filled out legibly. Erasures and corrections are not allowed.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
