| Payment terms: | The invoice for payment under this Agreement is issued by the Contractor in the following order:
1. On the date of commencement of the provision of services - an advance payment invoice under the Agreement in the amount of 30% of the total cost of services under the Agreement.
2. As of the date of signing of the Act on the provision of services - an account for final settlement under the Agreement in the amount of 70% of the total cost of services under the Agreement.
The Customer pays the invoice issued by the Contractor for advance payment within 15 calendar days from the date of its issuance, but not earlier than the date the Contractor provides security for the execution of the contract. The final settlement upon completion of services is made within 15 business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the provision of services and the submission by the Contractor of the invoice and invoice |
