Обоснование: Решения приняты в соответствии с п. 5. Задания на запрос предложений. Только один участник смог подтвердить наличие всех необходимых условий и компетенций по лоту №8. Поэтому победителем по лотам 5-8 признано ООО "Термит". По лоту №1 определены два победителя - ООО "СТО 2000", ООО "Термит" с ценой 10,2 руб. за 1 ткм без учета НДС. В соответствие с описанием лота №1 - п. 3.1 Задания, а также п. 5.1.4 Задания 2/3 объемов грузоперевозок по лоту №1 (22-24 тыс. т грузов в год) получает ООО "СТО 2000", 1/3 объемов грузоперевозок (10-12 тыс. т грузов в год) получает ООО "Термит". По лотам 2-4 участники не смогли дать условия лучше условий действующего Исполнителя услуг. Предложение по лотам №2-4 от ООО "Сибирский Соболь" не смотря на лучшую ценовую составляющую отклонено: принят во внимание п. 5.1.3 Задания, а также оценка соотношения потенциальной выгоды по цене с уровнем производственного риска привлечения нового Исполнителя. Таким образом, победителем по лотам №2-4 признано ООО "Термит". Предложение участника по Лоту № 9 отклонено.
