Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Services provided 2.2.1. and 2.2.2. Terms of Reference shall be paid by the Customer on a monthly basis, within 45 (forty five) days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of rendered services in the form of Appendix 3 to the Agreement, subject to the provision of other payment documents originals (bills, invoices), security for performance of the contract in accordance with Art. 11.1 documents and reports provided by the Terms of Reference (Annex 1). In the case of the provision of services for incomplete reporting period (month), fee in proportion to the number of days of service provision in the reporting period.
Services provided 2.2.3 TOR paid by the Customer on a monthly basis, within 45 (forty five) days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of services rendered in the form of Annex 3 to the Agreement, subject to the provision of other payment documents originals (bills, -faktury) providing Treaty execution in accordance with Art. 11.1 documents and reports provided by the Terms of Reference (Annex 1). The sum to be paid is calculated based on the number of applications made by the Contractor as part of the reporting period.
Services provided p.2.2.4 TOR paid by the Customer within 45 (forty five) days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of rendered services in the form of Appendix 3 to the Agreement, subject to the provision of other originals of payment documents (bills, invoices ) enforcement hereunder in accordance with Art. 11.1 documents and reports provided by the Terms of Reference (Annex 1).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
