Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Attach a list and number of vehicles for the transportation of straw and machinery (indicating the brand, year of manufacture, state number, property / lease, attach a PTC or lease agreement)
Agreement with the terms of the terms of reference
Agreement with the condition that downtime due to bad weather conditions will not be paid
Confirm that the cost of transportation of 1 bale of straw includes all costs of delivery and organization of processes
Confirm that the cost of 1 flight includes all costs of delivery and organization of processes, loading and unloading of equipment, including.
Confirm the consent to perform the work during the specified period (from 06/25/2024 to 08/25/2024 )
Confirm the serviceable technical condition of the equipment throughout the entire period of operation, or replacement in case of equipment breakdown
Specify the validity period of the Commercial Proposal

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
