Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

the technical and commercial proposal should consist of 2 parts: technical (appendix 2-5, appendix no. 6) and commercial (the Commercial Proposal form will be available at the 2nd stage), approved by the manager and stamped. the technical part does not allow information related to the commercial part (i.e. cost, payment terms, etc.).
please note that bids are accepted only from suppliers who have passed accreditation: 1) No. 396 - General accreditation; 2) No. 645-Accreditation by OTiPB. Suppliers who have not passed this accreditation cannot be selected as the winner of tender procedures.
