Payment is made by the Customer on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered / universal transfer document (UPD) signed by the Parties, invoices and invoices for payment within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of funds in payment for the services provided by the Contractor from the Foreign Customer to the Customer's current account, but no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the services rendered or FRT.
