Comments:
The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender. important!!!!
The sum of the cost of services for 1 unit is submitted to the ETP and KP (the figure of the total amount of the cost of services is an appendix to the TOR, i.e. the price list), the cost of work should include prices for spare parts. According to the list of VIN of the vehicle and the name of the services - it is necessary to register the list and the cost of the PO in column No. 2 (table to the TOR) for the provision of turnkey services.
Provide 3 (three) KP according to the purchase items (type of vehicle) + calculation according to Appendix No. 1 of the TOR.

Price is not a determining factor when choosing a winner.

2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
